Stir-fried lettuce with eggs is very appetizing

Ingredients

2~3 heads of lettuce
5~6 eggs
3~4 cloves of sliced garlic
3~4 pieces of red chili or small spicy peppers
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

Steps:

Wash and clean the lettuce, no need to beat the eggs.

Heat oil in a pan and pour in the eggs. Once the egg whites are set, use a spatula to poke the egg yolks a few times to break them, then stir-fry until partially set.

Add the chili and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the lettuce, stir-fry briefly, and season with one tablespoon of soy sauce and one tablespoon of oyster sauce.

After seasoning and stir-frying the lettuce evenly, it is ready. If you prefer it softer, you can stir-fry a few more times. I usually turn off the heat right after stirring evenly. If using small spicy peppers, this dish will be fresh, spicy, crispy, and very appetizing.
